Citizens of Pakistan, Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab (22), was found guilty and sentenced to death last week for starting a war in India, murder, conspiracy, and a terror attack in November 2008. The incident resulted in 166 people dead.
Jadhav, who has hanged 101 people in all parts of the country during the 33-year career as a slaughterer, said his willingness in a letter to the Inspector General of Prisons Maharashtra Uddav Kamble, according to the Times of India daily.
"If there is no one who can hang Kasab, I will," said the old-old man, according to the daily.
"If my services are required, then I will prepare myself. I will send terrorists to the gallows."
"Do not look my age. I still have the capacity to hang him in just 27 seconds," he added.
Kamble said that there has been no decision made about whether the offer would be accepted or not. Kasab also unclear whether it will appeal.
"But obviously we will not hesitate to receive services Arjun Jadhav," he told the daily.
India is not doing hanging since 2004 and only twice since the 1998 hanging.
