Humas Unhas M Dahlan Abubakar MHum menjelaskan, jika pemerintah provinsi mempercayakan kepada Unhas melaksanakan tanggung jawab, jelas tidak ada pilihan lain kecuali melaksanakannya dengan penuh tanggung jawab.

Masyarakat Lumajang, Jawa Timur, saat ini diresahkan beredarnya video mesum yang dilakukan pasangan siswa-siswi SMK Lumajang di masyarakat. Sementara itu kepala sekolah dan guru SMK Pasiran hingga kini belum dapat dikonfirmasi terkait video mesum yang diduga dilakukan anak didik mereka.

Video berdurasi sekitar 4,5 menit itu beredar melalui video telepon seluler. Dalam gambar tersebut, terlihat pasangan siswa-siswi yang masih mengenakan seragam sekolah melakukan tindakan, yang seharusnya belum pantas dilakukan, layaknya suami istri. Ironisnya, gambar tersebut diambil di dalam kelas mereka di SMK Pasiran.

Warga berharap pihak sekolah segera menindaklanjuti temuan tersebut dan polisi segera menangkap orang-orang yang menyebarkan video mesum ke masyarakat

Jaksa Agung, Hendarman Supandji mengatakan Wakil Jaksa Agung AH Ritonga mengundurkan diri. Pengunduran diri terkait dengan penyebutan nama Ritonga dalam rekaman percakapan Anggodo Widjojo, adik buron Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Anggoro Widjojo.

"Dia menyatakannya kemarin siang secara lisan akan mengundurkan diri kemudian pagi ini akan menyampaikan secara tertulis kepada saya," kata Hendarman di Kantor Presiden, Jakarta, Kamis (5/11/2009).

Hendarman melanjutkan, Ritonga mengundurkan diri dengan alasan merasa telah membebankan institusi terkait rekaman KPK.

"Untuk itu, saya akan memproses PLH Wakil Jaksa Agung," ujarnya. Dia menambahkan, pengunduran diri Ritonga dilakukan atas inisiatif sendiri.

Kabar pengunduran diri juga diajukan Kabareskrim Komjen Pol Susno Duadji.

"Sudah mengajukan mengundurkan diri," kata Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Bambang Hendarso Danuri di gedung Wantimpres, Jakarta.

Kapolri melanjutkan, meski Susno Duadji sudah mengundurkan diri, Polri masih terus melakukan pemeriksaan internal terhadap sejumlah nama yang disebutkan dalam rekaman percakapan Anggodo.

Dalam rekaman penyadapan milik KPK yang diperdengarkan di Mahkamah Konsttusi (MK) Selasa (3/11), Anggodo berkomunikasi dengan mantan JAM Intelijen Wisnu Subroto dan juga beberapa penyidik Mabes Polri. Dalam percakapan Anggodo yang disadap KPK tersebut, Anggodo diduga beruapaya merekayasa kasus wakil ketua KPK nonaktif Bibit Samad Rianto dan Chandra M Hamzah. Anggodo dalam percakapan itu juga mencatut nama Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

Liputan6.com, Jakarta: Kepala Badan Reserse dan Kriminal (Bareskrim) Polri, Komisaris Jenderal Susno Duadji akhirnya menyatakan mengundurkan diri dari jabatannya, mulai Kamis (5/11) ini.

Kapolri Jendral Bambang Hendarso Danuri di Istana Negara, pagi tadi menjelaskan kepada wartawan tentang rencana pengunduran diri Susno Duadji. "Kita sudah menjelaskan. Pagi ini dia akan mengundurkan diri, pukul 09.00, tunggu saja teman-teman di Mabes Polri," kata Kapolri.

Nama Susno Duadji memang sering disebut dalam rekaman percakapan telepon Anggodo Widjojo yang diputar pada persidangan di Mahkamah Konstitusi beberapa waktu lalu

Dengan adanya kejadian - kejadian tersebut, kita seperti berada dalam kondisi serta situasi yang cukup membuat agak khawatir.
